Some Useful Yeast Infection Home Remedies

Yeast infections are often shrugged off by many general physicians as a casual problem. Many times people change doctors, only to be told that the problem is in their brains and that nothing is wrong with them.

In fact, yeast infections reveal their presence in more than 100 ways and many physicians are not fully trained to administer effective yeast or Candida treatments. Candida is a yeast-like fungus that is naturally present in all of us. It resides in the intestines and the mucous membranes but unrestricted growth can create havoc in the body.

Yeast infection treatment is easily available over the counter and does not require any prescription unless of course, the infection is severe and requires oral medication. Some time-tested home remedies can prove to be equally effective for Candida cure.

* Goldenseal is a natural herbal antibiotic and yoghurt contains friendly bacteria necessary for fighting yeast and Candida. Open two goldenseal capsules and mix with warm water and use as a douche. Follow the same procedure with fresh yoghurt to replace good bacteria lost during douching.
* An age old grandma’s home remedy is to mix a tablespoon of baking soda in eight ounces of lukewarm water. This is not advisable for those who have a weak stomach or those who cannot gulp in this bad tasting but effective remedy. This remedy also prevents Post Menstrual Syndrome, a common condition with women that occurs before and after menstrual periods.
* Pour half a cup of salt and half a cup of vinegar in a lukewarm bath about waist high. This solution provides instant relief from itching with about 20 minutes of soaking.
* Drink 8 ounces of cultured buttermilk, either non-fat or whole, every day till the symptoms vanish. This remedy works better if taken at night as it gives more time for the cultures to kill the infection.
* Dip a tampon liberally in tea tree oil or fresh yoghurt and insert at night. It works wonders! This remedy is however, not advisable if there are cracks in the vagina as this may irritate and cause further discomfort.
* Use baby oil that contains aloe vera and Vitamin E and rub it on the affected area. It is necessary to use it daily or the symptoms will return.
* Severe infections are normally treated with antibiotics. After treatment, drink plain yoghurt that contains the acidophilus as an active ingredient. Daily intake will prevent recurrence.
* Cranberry has a pH scale of what is naturally present in the vagina and healthy intestines. Drink one glass of pure cranberry juice (without additives), preferably with each meal.
* Freeze a tea bag (any kind) and apply to the affected part. Leave it till it thaws. It relieves external itching almost instantly.

Topical creams used for Candida treatments provide only temporary relief. Home remedies are natural, devoid of any side effects and time tested. Unless it is a severe case of yeast infection, home remedies and proper hygiene can prevent yeast infections and cure mild occurrences of Candida.

Child Depression and Obesity: The Connection

Establishing a link between obesity and child depression is like trying to determine whether the egg came first or the chicken. Both are so interrelated that it becomes difficult to explain especially due to the fact that medical science knows pretty little about brain functions.

The connection between obesity and depression can stem from:

* The relationship between the nervous and the endocrine systems.
* The social factors associated with obesity.

The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA) is a complex set of direct and reciprocal interactions between the hypothalamus, pituitary and adrenal glands. It controls the reactions to stress and many body functions like digestion, the immune system, sexuality and moods. All three work in tandem to maintain the chemical reaction and its reverse when the body is in stress.

The HPA axis is primarily responsible for releasing the ‘stress hormone’, cortisol. It is an adrenal-cortex hormone that is involved in carbohydrate and protein metabolism, increase in blood pressure, the management of blood sugar levels and immunosuppressive action. As cortisol gives a cue to the body to deposit fat around the abdomen, chronic stress can cause obesity.

Social factors like teasing and isolation are responsible for the part that psychology plays in obese children developing depression. Even though there has always been a premium on a good bodily physique and a stigma associated with obesity, the pressures and consequences have never been as strong as now. Obesity may negatively affect teen psyche and lead to a low self assessment. This results in a lack of mobility and high stress that can affect the normal hormonal pathways and cause depression.

It is suggested that there is a mutual and reciprocal action between what goes on outside and inside the body. The connection between teen depression and obesity is probably to be found in the combination of both social and biological factors.

If depression is left untreated, it can at the same time be a cause and effect of obesity. Obesity is not only about how you look but also about what you feel. Teasing, besides other factors, is probably the most common factor behind a low esteem, poor image and depression among obese teens.

Depression, however, should not be confused with passing phases of sadness or melancholy that everyone goes through many times in life. Depression as a clinical disorder is a continuous feeling of sadness that lasts for more than three months, either singly or accompanied by other behavioral changes like disruptive sleeping and eating patterns, anger and rage, violent behavior and changes in activity levels.

Parents can provide teen depression help to their obese children by treating obesity as a health problem rather than associating it with appearance. Obesity is not necessarily associated with overeating. Just as there are different causes for depression, obesity too has various causes.

Family Matters: How family interaction can affect your child!

During childhood, we develop both physically and mentally to prepare ourselves for the challenges of adulthood. The skills we learn during games and interactions with others have a profound effect on our individuality.

When a child suffers from symptoms of depression and anxiety, many of those activities can be severely disrupted– and cognitive development can greatly suffer as a result.

It is estimated that 1 in 10 children suffer from some form of anxiety disorder, including depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Anxiety disorders are diagnosed in just as many boys as girls, and can affect children even in the stages of infancy. It is devastating to see a child suffer from symptoms of depression, and extreme care must be taken to appropriately address the often painful symptoms.

Parents and siblings of a depressed child may feel guilty and helpless, but it is important to remain positive and focus on the small things that can make a big difference in the depressed individual’s outlook.

Similar to identifying anxiety disorders and depression in adults, diagnosing children is not a simple task, either. Different evaluations will be performed and a treatment plan will be recommended based on a thorough examination by the child’s physician.

Variations in a child’s behavior that seem to have no apparent cause should be carefully evaluated, as well. Sadness that results from a loss -death of a loved one, changing schools, moving – or sadness that lasts more than a few weeks should be considered possible depression and checked out.

Other anxiety disorders in children can cause more severe symptoms. In the case of bipolar disorder (also known as manic depression), mood swings will be intense and abrupt with alternating periods of hyperactivity, sadness, explosive tantrums and rages. Sometimes the symptoms of bipolar disorder overlap or are mistaken with attention-deficit disorder with hyperactivity (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) or conduct disorder.

Unfortunately, anxiety disorders and depression are complex illnesses, and there is no specific test to definitively identify a single cause. Risk factors that could predispose a child to depression include a family history of mental illness and loss of a parent at a young age due to death, abandonment or divorce. However, symptoms have also been observed in infants before some of these factors come into play, so it is believed some forms of depression in children are related to chemical imbalances– although depression can result as a combination of factors, as well.

Some symptoms of an anxiety disorder can be easily noticed by a parent, sibling, or teacher. They can resemble symptoms of adult depression and may include:

* Prolonged sadness and irritability
* Low self-esteem or feelings of worthlessness
* loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities
* Appetite changes
* Irregular sleep patterns
* Difficulty concentrating
* Anger
* Headaches and stomachaches or other unexplained physical pains
* Fluctuations in activity and energy levels (the child either becomes more lethargic or more hyperactive)
* Recurring thoughts of death or suicide

Parents should be aware that a healthy diet provides the groundwork for both physical and mental health for the entire family. Natural remedies combined with a healthy lifestyle can greatly support balanced mood and well-being. Overall health is especially supported through a balanced diet, with plenty of fruits, vegetables and lean meats.

Regular exercise -preferably outdoors- will enhance blood circulation and the delivery of fresh oxygen to the brain and major organs to help maintain systemic balance. Also, when possible, try to practice a group activity or sport that includes the entire family. This strengthens bonds and helps the entire family group feel supported and positive to conquer the challenges lying ahead.

The Major Cause of Lack of Concentration in Children

Getting distracted is normal for young children but the same can prove to be a major problem when the child grows up and is unable to concentrate on academics and school work. Lack of concentration or an inability to focus on the task at hand is a common concern that many parents have.

Irrespective of how bad the situation might seem, do not resort to conditional affection towards the performance at school. Comparison with other children should be avoided at all times.

Children have a lower attention span and lose interest in an activity or object very soon. In fact keeping them occupied with work or something to do all the time is not an easy task. There are some major causes of lack of concentration in children that need to be considered before you start getting worried. Once deciphered, some of these causes can be tackled easily.

Fatigue remains one of the commonest causes of lack of concentration. Children and teens are full of bubbly energy and the adrenalin flow at times leads them to indulge in excessive physical activity, late nights and other such activities that tire them out.

Sleepover parties and late-nights results in inadequate sleep and the drowsiness in the morning can hamper concentration. Inadequate sleep also has serious emotional and physical repercussions that can even thwart efforts at improving concentration in your child.

In children, sometimes the inability to concentrate is linked to improper diet and unhealthy eating habits. Children need to eat a healthy diet and that too at proper times. Iron ranks as one of the primary elements whose deficiency can cause lethargy and behavioral changes in a child.

Concentration problems may thus be a direct result of lack of energy in a child. Make sure that your child has a diet that provides sufficient amounts of trace elements including iron.

If the child is not being taught what is of interest, there is a great likelihood of the child becoming indifferent to other subjects as well. Many times boredom stems from forcing a child to undertake meaningless jobs at home. Teachers need to explain the concept of lessons they teach so that the child can understand the reason why he is being asked to learn it. Such efforts can lead to interest in an activity or task that was earlier considered boring.

Failure to do so can contribute to boredom inability to concentrate. At home, you can try to talk to your child to understand what interests him/her. Better still, spare some time and try to create opportunities so that your child can undertake the activities that he / she likes and finds interesting.

It has been observed that anxiety can also cause child concentration problems as the young brain is unable to perceive situations and stimuli in their proper perspective. A teenager’s anxiety may stem from a perceived threat, estranged relations at home, unrealistic parental expectations, sexual anxieties or simply a broken friendship. You can help your children by discussing matters to build a strong bond.

Parenting the Active Toddler

While many parents struggle to keep their toddlers away from the TV, there are others who have to deal with active toddlers who are constantly on the move and who look for avenues to attract their parents’ attention all the time.

Parenting an active toddler can be challenging and only apt parental care can help such children in developing into responsible adults. You may have successfully set the limits during early age about acceptable and unacceptable behaviors through non-verbal actions but as your child turns into a toddler it is time to learn about the meaning of specific actions that the child indulges in.

It is important for you to explain the meaning of certain actions that you take too. If you scold the child for pouring the bottle of barbeque sauce on the floor and then continue to splash water on the floor to clean it, the child may get confused about what is allowed and what is not.

Explaining that the water is meant to clean the sauce is important so that your child does not get confused about what is ‘okay’ to do. Children often tend to misread situations and making sure that your toddler interprets your actions in the right manner is essential. Only you can keep the process moving ahead to (as they say) clear the cobwebs and help in improving concentration in your child.

The first aspect of handling an active and aggressive toddler is to make him understand that aggression is much more than a physical and behavioral expression. It is an emotion that one needs to control.

* Raise his feelings to the level of ideas. You can do this if you understand that a toddler cannot conceive a dialogue and express his emotions in a proper language.
* Pretend plays and narratives that promote and support contemplation of emotions help children to understand what lies beyond the physical and behavioral aspect of aggression.
* Make you child aware of all the emotions. It is obvious that we all want our children to grow up to be nice people. But it is equally important to make them understand the range of emotions that we as human beings are capable of experiencing.
* Do not try to shield your child from emotions like anger and aggression. It is wrong to believe that your child will not indulge in aggression if you avoid mentioning it in front of him. Actually, the more you attempt to hide, the bigger challenge it becomes for the immature mind to adapt to it later. It is also important to realize that even if you shield your child from such negative emotions, there will be a time when he or she will get exposed to it somewhere else. And this could be in a place where you are not available to provide adequate counseling.
* Provide counseling about good, bad, acceptable and unacceptable emotions when the right moment arises. So, instead of changing the channel when a good guy kills the bad guy, it is better to present positive ideas like ‘let us help them become friends’. In short, help your child to adopt a contemplative attitude towards emotions and work together to provide a proper channel to channel those emotions positively.

A permissive and a punitive parent in the same family is a common occurrence. Both are not doing their duty as responsible parents if they do not provide food for thought to the toddler before allowing or disallowing something. If you want to learn how to calm impulsive children you should help them learn the manner in which they can control feelings and give a positive expression to emotions.

Till the time children are able to reason out things on their own, the onus of interpreting various actions rests on you. Improper handling at this stage is liable to create child concentration problems which can cause major problems later.

Breathe Wisdom

What does your power look like?

I have been thinking about the call of many visionaries, including the Dali Lama, for women to take a leadership role in healing this Earth. In order for this to happen women first need to become empowered. I thought I was going to Thailand to receive an award for my work teaching Buddhism to mothers but it turns out I was enrolled in a tutorial on feminine empowerment.

At the awards ceremony I had the opportunity to be surrounded by empowered women from all over the world. Women like the Venerable Bhiksuni Dr. Myung Korean from Korea, who is in charge of the Bhiksuni order in Korea and head of a university which moulds and shapes young Buddhist women. She was like a mountain. Her power was solid, quiet and rock hard. I can’t imagine her doing anything she didn’t choose to do or blaming anyone for her challenges.

Then there was the Taiwanese Master Bhiksuni Sik Wei Chun. She was like water. Her power was fluid, soft and flowing. She looked like Kuan Yin. She was in charge of many Bhiksuni in a country which honours the feminine face of Buddhism. Taiwan has more female clergy than male clergy, yet in Asian fashion, the men still hold the power. She advocated for working with the men in power, bringing them along in a gentle, kind way. Although her way was quieter and more traditional than the way of the Korean Bhiksuni she was just as powerful and equally as effective. There’s no doubt about it, she gets the job done.

Then there was the take no prisoners fiery style of the meditation teacher from Germany. She hailed from a Tibetan lineage where power and results are respected. She advocated for just doing it, not asking permission, just taking the power. She said the men would respect us and get on board once we showed results.

Returning to the United States my tutorial in feminine power continued. I went to see Tsultrim Allione, the meditation teacher who brought the Chod practice of Machig Lapdron to the West. Machig Lapdron was a Tibetan woman teacher who gained the respect of those around her by her profound spiritual accomplishments. Tsultrim Allione’s power is like the wind. Her presence is a light breeze but when she guides a meditation the power of the wind moves through your consciousness changing and rearranging everything. Wind is invisible and quiet, you know it is there by the rustling of the trees as it moves through.

When I shared these thoughts regarding different styles of feminine power with one of my meditation teachers he asked me, “What does your power look like?” The question took me by surprise. Like most women I had been trained to be unempowered. Through many years of meditation and spiritual practice I have learned to take responsibility for my life. Taking full responsibility for my choices has empowered me to make different choices when need be, which is much more powerful than waiting for people or circumstances to change.

I was ready to meet my unique expression of power. My power was not like earth, air, fire or water. What was left? Out of my unconscious came an answer. “My power is like a cat. I wait, listen with my whole body and then when the time is right I pounce.” The more I thought about this answer the more true it felt.

We are at a time in human history when it is imperative that women awake into their full feminine power. For centuries feminine power has been squelched, stepped upon, ridiculed and forced into hiding. We succumbed, partly for safety and partly for comfort, to rules made by spiritually immature men and women. Our power went underground. We learned to express ourselves passive aggressively, seductively and manipulatively.

We learned to blame rather than take responsibility and expect others to read our minds rather than speak up. An unempowered woman is full of anger. That poison has entered the bloodstream of cultures throughout the world as the unempowered mother nurses the future generation on that deadly milk.

I can understand why many women would rather avoid becoming empowered. Moving from disempowerment to empowerment can be quite uncomfortable, even painful. When laying blame for our unhappiness on circumstances and people; our husband, our parents, society, the government, we hide behind a veil of niceness. We get to feel that we are nice and bad things just seem to happen to us.

We learn to be nice at the expense of being kind, creating a pleasant veneer. When we become empowered that veneer is ripped away and we face ours fears and addictions without excuses. When we strip ourselves of blaming everyone – even ourselves for our circumstances – we walk naked back into the garden of Eden. Bare naked, we unwrap the gifts of our own unique form of feminine power.

What does your power look like? This is a question well worth sitting in, walking around in, sleeping and dreaming in. The best thing we can do for our world and family is to become intimate with our own power. It is from here that the changes necessary to rebalance the feminine and masculine can unfold. From a place of empowerment, women all over the world can develop the ability to protect their families and this planet. Mothers are fierce protectors of children and family.

All children are our children and all sentient beings are our family. We need to apply our empowered maternal fierceness to the protection of the Earth and all its precious beings. I invite you to explore your unique expression of power, heal what needs to be healed, take full responsibility for your life as it is now, find your power and take your place alongside the pantheon of the Goddesses.

Don’t Throw the Baby Out With the Bath Water!

Oh my stars, I just HAD to post this – it’s hilarious! Enjoy :)

In The 1500′s

The next time you are washing your hands and complain because the water temperature isn’t just how you like it, think about how things used to be. Here are some facts about the 1500s:

These are interesting…

Most people got married in June because they took their yearly bath in May, and still smelled pretty good by June. However, they were starting to smell, so brides carried a bouquet of flowers to hide the body odor. Hence the custom today of carrying a bouquet when getting married.

Baths consisted of a big tub filled with hot water. The man of the house had the privilege of the nice clean water, then all the other sons and men, then the women and finally the children. Last of all the babies. By then the water was so dirty you could actually lose someone in it. Hence the saying, Don’t throw the baby out with the Bath water..

Houses had thatched roofs-thick straw-piled high, with no wood underneath. It was the only place for animals to get warm, so all the cats and other small animals (mice, bugs) lived in the roof When it rained it became slippery and sometimes the animals would slip and fall off the roof. Hence the saying It’s raining cats and dogs.

There was nothing to stop things from falling into the house.. This posed a real problem in the bedroom where bugs and other droppings could mess up your nice clean bed. Hence, a bed with big posts and a sheet hung over the top afforded some protection. That’s how canopy beds came into existence.

The floor was dirt. Only the wealthy had something other than dirt. Hence the saying, Dirt poor. The wealthy had slate floors that would get slippery in the winter when wet, so they spread thresh (straw) on floor to help keep their footing. As the winter wore on, they added more thresh until, when you opened the door, it would all start slipping outside. A piece of wood was placed in the entrance way. Hence the saying a thresh hold.

(Getting quite an education, aren’t you?)

In those old days, they cooked in the kitchen with a big kettle that always hung over the fire. Every day they lit the fire and added things to the pot. They ate mostly vegetables and did not get much meat. They would eat the stew for dinner, leaving leftovers in the pot to get cold overnight and then start over the next day. Sometimes stew had food in it that had been there for quite a while. Hence the rhyme, Peas porridge hot, peas porridge cold, peas porridge in the pot nine days old..

Sometimes they could obtain pork, which made them feel quite special. When visitors came over, they would hang up their bacon to show off. It was a sign of wealth that a man could, bring home the bacon. They would cut off a little to share with guests and would all sit around and chew the fat..

Those with money had plates made of pewter. Food with high acid content caused some of the lead to leach onto the food, causing lead poisoning death. This happened most often with tomatoes, so for the next 400 years or so, tomatoes were considered poisonous.

Bread was divided according to status. Workers got the burnt bottom of the loaf, the family got the middle, and guests got the top, or the upper crust.

Lead cups were used to drink ale or whiskey. The combination would sometimes knock the imbibers out for a couple of days. Someone walking along the road would take them for dead and prepare them for burial. They were laid out on the kitchen table for a couple of days and the family would gather around and eat and drink and wait and see if they would wake up. Hence the custom of holding a wake.

England is old and small and the local folks started running out of places to bury people. So they would dig up coffins and would take the bones to a bone-house, and reuse the grave. When reopening these coffins, 1 out of 25 coffins were found to have scratch marks on the inside and they realized they had been burying people alive. So they would tie a string on the wrist of the corpse, lead it through the coffin and up through the ground and tie it to a bell. Someone would have to sit out in the graveyard all night (the graveyard shift.) to listen for the bell; thus, someone could be saved by the bell or was considered a dead ringer.

And that’s the truth…Now, whoever said History was boring ! ! !

Candida and Eczema Remedies

Out of the nearly 100 symptoms that Candida is capable of causing, the most common are skin ailments like eczema, psoriasis and acne. Candida infection must necessarily be considered as one of the causes on eruption of any skin problem.

Understanding how Candida makes deep roots in our bodies is not difficult. The two main causes of Candida are the intake of foods that help Candida to grow and a weak immune system.

Candida is controlled by good bacteria and as long as the good bacteria are able to control adequately, Candida remains in the body in its benign form. Too much of sugar, carbohydrates, commercial foods that contain additives, and acidic foods tend to provide a healthy environment for Candida to proliferate, permeate through the intestinal walls and colonize in the rest of the body.

The immune system is capable of protecting the body from most of the infections. It uses its defensive weapon first. Although painful, inflammation is the first defense that it uses. Along with that the offensive weapon of killing the foreign invader is launched and the infection cleared.

Candida is a beguiling microorganism and can trick the immune system by changing its outside receptors to render ineffective the physiological response of the immune system.

A weak immune system, besides being a cause is also affected by Candida. Research reveals that immune suppressive factors taken from Candida patients fail to develop immune responses under controlled laboratory conditions. When the Candida comes in contact with the skin, the first defense comes into play and the skin is inflamed.

Due to the inability of the immune cells to effectively use its offense against the condition, the inflammation remains. The resultant itching is a painful sensation produced by the feeling that some thing is there to be removed.

The key to Candida treatment is to ensure that yeast does not grow beyond a certain limit in the body. Additionally strengthening the immune system also helps in the process. Eczema, psoriasis, and chronic rashes can be treated successfully with sustained yeast infection treatment.

Dietary changes and medications, in that order, are the two main pillars of a complete Candida cure, that is, if you wish to prevent its occurrence. Even anti fungal drugs like Nystatin, which are normally very effective as Candida treatments fail to work without dietary control.

Diet would involve eating foods that are sugar free and devoid of synthetic additives and chemicals. This means that the more natural foods like fresh, repeat fresh, vegetables, meats, and fish you eat the less chances of Candida developing. Beware of anything that comes in a box, bag, or bottle. Sugar helps Candida to grow, so avoid it, and limit its consumption.

Conventional drugs can at the most kill yeast and clear the space but Candida is an obstinate organism and will recur again if you give it a slightest leeway to develop. Yogurt contains friendly bacterium and garlic has natural anti-fungal properties. Both should be consumed on regular basis as an effective remedy for eczema as well as Candida.

Using LH Ovulation Strip Test to detect the best time to become pregnant

LH Ovulation Strip TestLH Ovulation Strip Test (online store): is used to obtain quick visual, semi-quantitative results for early detection of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in urine samples. The LH surge is used to predict a release of mature ovum within 24-48 hours, at which the patient is most likely to become pregnant.

  • Best value – a cheap ovulation solution. To perform a test, ovulation test strips are dipped in a urine sample for 5 seconds;
  • 99% accurate results in under 5 minutes;
  • Designed for professional and home users;
  • Enclosed in a moisture proof pouch with a desiccant for long term storage (up to 24 months).

How Taken

Unlike pregnancy tests, morning (first morning urine) is not the best time to collect samples for ovulation tests, as LH is synthesized in your body early in the morning and will not appear in your urine until the afternoon. The ideal time to test is in the afternoon, around 2pm, though testing may safely take place from 10am to early evening.

  • Remove the test strip from its foil pouch;
  • Holding the strip vertically carefully dip it into the specimen. Do not immerse the strip past the maximum line;
  • The strip can be removed from the specimen when red dye begins to migrate through the Result Window. Interpret test results at 5 minutes.

Interpretation:

  • Make sure to read test results at 5-minute mark. Reading too early or too late may yield incorrect interpretation of the results and may vary according to users’ experience.

POSITIVE: The presence of two purple bands of similar color and darkness within the result window, no matter which one appears first, means that an increase in LH is detected. The Test Band may be darker than the Control Band

NEGATIVE: The presence of a purple Control Band and a lighter purple Test Band means that an increase in LH is not detected. The presence of only one purple colored band (Control Band) within the Result Window indicates that no LH increase has been detected.

Drug Class and Mechanism

LH Ovulation Strip Test works by allowing you to detect a your “LH Surge” – the sudden, brief increase in luteinizing hormone present in your urine just before you ovulate. Because fertilization of your egg can only occur within 24 hours after ovulation, predicting ovulation is the key to pinpointing your window of fertility and successfully conceiving a baby.

Our ovulation test strips are very sensitive (they detect the LH-surge with a sensitivity of 25mIU/ml/lh) and provide greater than 99% accuracy in determining your LH surge and helping you conceive.
Missed Dose

You can use LH Ovulation Strip Test whenever you feel you need to do so.

Storage

LH Ovulation Strip Test should be stored at room temperature (15 to 30 degrees C) for the duration of the shelf-life. LH Ovulation Strip Test must remain in the foil wrap or fog pouch until ready for use.
