* Blend 1/4 cup of dry powdered oatmeal (use a blender to make a finer powder)
* 1 Tbsp Cocoa
* 1 Tbsp Glacial Clay
* 1 tsp poppy seeds
To Use: 2 Tbsp of the blended dry ingredients at a time, dampen with hydrosol of your choice if you have oily skin, or avocado carrier oil for mature skin. Gently massage over the face, rest for 5-20 minutes, rinse with warm water and pat face dry.
