Morning Sickness Inhaler

Wash out an empty chapstick tube.

Inside place a cotton ball. Add a few drops of peppermint or lemon essential oil.

Use as an inhaler throughout the day, to cover the unpleasant smells that trigger nausea. Particularly helpful when trying to hide an early pregnancy, when frequent vomiting would give you away. A peppermint inhaler is also useful to perk up a frequently groggy first-trimester mind.
